Full Stack .NET Developer
For our business partner, a leading international healthcare and diagnostics services provider, we’re looking for an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer ready for a role where technology, complexity, and real-world impact come together.
You’ll join a mature internal software development organisation with 15+ years of experience, contributing to large-scale platforms that support clinics, hospitals, and laboratories across Europe.
If you’re passionate about clean, thoughtful development, enjoy evolving complex and high-traffic applications, and value an Agile, collaborative, and international environment, we’d love to meet you.
Hybrid working model: 1 day/week in the office, with flexibility.
Sounds like your kind of challenge?
Send us your CV and let’s chat! We’d love to hear more about you.

Contribute to the modernization of legacy applications (.NET 4.8) towards newer architectures.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Architects to shape technical solutions.
Take full ownership of features — from implementation through to production support.
Investigate and resolve production issues with a clear understanding of business impact.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared engineering standards.
Proactively report progress and risks to the Team Lead and Product Owner.
Occasional travel abroad — a few days every three months.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in Full Stack Development (backend .NET + modern frontend)
Strong experience with C# and .NET (Core 8).
Experience in maintaining or modernizing .NET 4.8 legacy applications.
Solid understanding of REST API design principles.
Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server — queries, transactions, and performance tuning.

Great to Have (But Not a Dealbreaker)
Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals.
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Azure DevOps — CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
NoSQL databases — MongoDB or Redis.
The Mindset That Fits

Quality-driven — you write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
Ownership-minded — you care deeply about what you ship.
Comfortable in Agile, cross-functional, international teams.
Aware of performance, security, and reliability implications.
Able to work independently and contribute meaningfully to technical decisions.
A plus: experience mentoring others and navigating complex systems.

Modern tech stack in a dynamic, continuously evolving software environment.
Clear professional development roadmap within a growing healthcare organization.
Access to technical & soft skills training, certifications, conferences, and IT events.
