For our business partner, one of the leading service providers in commercial mobility across Europe, we are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer with strong .NET and Power Platform expertise to join their expanding team.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience with Dynamics products such as CRM, Power Platform, and Azure. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from different cultures.

In this role, you will develop and extend the company's CRM and SRM solutions built on Dynamics 365 Online, as well as new business applications across the Microsoft Cloud stack.

• Work setup: Hybrid model with 2–3 days/month at the office

Main Responsibilities

• Develop the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) solutions based on Dynamics 365 Online

• Build further business applications using modular elements of the Microsoft Cloud stack (Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure, etc.)

• Work with state-of-the-art tools and development methods

• Help define the development methodology, release processes, and agile approach

• Support the development team and coordinate external developers

• Collaborate closely with the CRM/SRM team and related project and product teams

• Contribute actively to solution design, from the technical requirements to the finished solution

Requirements

• Degree in (business) computer science or a comparable education level

• At least 5 years of experience developing .NET, Dynamics, and Azure cloud components (C#, JavaScript, DevOps, Visual Studio, etc.)

• Essential: hands-on experience with both .NET and Microsoft Dynamics CRM

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics

• Structured way of working, perseverance, and solution-oriented thinking

• Team player with good communication skills, comfortable working with stakeholders from different cultures

• Motivation to learn and technical curiosity for cloud-based Microsoft products

• Fluent in English, spoken and written

• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus
