Road Designer/ Design Engineer Road
We are recruiting a Road Designer on behalf of our client, an international consulting and engineering group active in Romania for almost 30 years, with services in road and rail transport infrastructure, water and environment, energy, urban development, and institutional advisory. Globally, the company creates and operates intelligent infrastructure and buildings that support the transition to a low-carbon economy and sustainable territorial development.
This is a role that follows a road project end to end — proposal, design phases, approvals, and designer’s technical assistance — rather than a single stage. You’ll develop technical design solutions, drawings, and written documentation appropriate to the design phase and the Beneficiary’s requirements, work with the appointed verifiers, and carry out site visits to correlate your solutions with actual site conditions. You will be part of multidisciplinary design teams (roads, bridges and structures, railways, hydrotechnical works), working to international design and contract management standards, including FIDIC.
Location: Bucharest (Victoriei area) — hybrid work schedule
Employment contract (CIM) or B2B collaboration, based on your preference
Large-scale transport infrastructure projects, in Romania and internationally
If you want to own a road project from proposal to execution monitoring, apply now — or let’s talk first if you’d like to learn more.
