Project Manager – Road & Rail Design
We are recruiting a Project Manager - Road & Rail Design on behalf of our client, an international consulting and engineering group active in Romania for almost 30 years, with services in road and rail transport infrastructure, water and environment, energy, urban development, and institutional advisory. Globally, the company creates and operates intelligent infrastructure and buildings that support the transition to a low-carbon economy and sustainable territorial development.
This is a role for someone who wants to run projects rather than parts of them — cost, time, quality, team, subconsultants, and the client relationship all sit with you. You’ll set the delivery strategy, plan and organize the activities and resources, coordinate the project team and the subconsultants, and manage stakeholders, risks, and opportunities. You will work with multidisciplinary design teams (roads, bridges and structures, railways, hydrotechnical works), to international design and contract management standards, including FIDIC.
