Full Stack .NET Developer
For our business partner, a leading international healthcare and diagnostics services provider, we are searching for an experienced, passionate, and ambitious Full Stack .NET Developer to join their engineering team.
Our partner operates an internal software development organization with 15+ years of experience, building and maintaining large-scale platforms used daily by clinics, hospitals, and laboratories across Europe.
If you're driven by meaningful work and enjoy the challenge of evolving complex, high-traffic platforms — in a collaborative, Agile, and international environment — this one's for you.
Hybrid working model — 1 day/week at the office.
Ready to write code that actually matters?
Send us your updated CV and let's talk — we'd love to hear your story.
What You'll Be Working On
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using modern .NET (Core 8).
• Contribute to the modernization of legacy applications (.NET 4.8) towards newer architectures.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Architects to shape technical solutions.
• Take full ownership of features — from implementation through to production support.
• Investigate and resolve production issues with a clear understanding of business impact.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared engineering standards.
• Proactively report progress and risks to the Team Lead and Product Owner.
• Occasional travel abroad — a few days every three months.
What We're Looking For
• Strong experience with C# and .NET (Core 8).
• Experience in maintaining or modernizing .NET 4.8 legacy applications.
• Solid understanding of REST API design principles.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server — queries, transactions, and performance tuning.
• Practical exposure to frontend technologies — Angular 12+ or React.
Great to Have (But Not a Dealbreaker)
• Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Azure DevOps — CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• NoSQL databases — MongoDB or Redis.
The Mindset That Fits
Technical skills matter — but so does how you work. You'd be a great fit if you're:
• Quality-driven — you write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Ownership-minded — you care deeply about what you ship.
• Comfortable in Agile, cross-functional, international teams.
• Aware of performance, security, and reliability implications.
• Able to work independently and contribute meaningfully to technical decisions.
• A plus: experience mentoring others and navigating complex systems.
What's In It For You
• Friendly, Agile work environment with cross-functional and international teams.
• Modern tech stack in a dynamic, continuously evolving software environment.
• Clear professional development roadmap within a growing healthcare organization.
• Access to technical & soft skills training, certifications, conferences, and IT events.
• Private medical subscription for you and your children.
• Increasing annual leave (21 → 26 days) plus a fixed holiday bonus.
• Childbirth support, internal referral program, and annual team-building activities.
• Great office location — right next to a metro station.
