Our client builds enterprise‑grade platforms with shared identity and access management systems used across multiple products. Their engineering teams operate as an extension of their clients’ organizations, delivering complex digital solutions end‑to‑end, from distributed authentication systems to production‑grade microservices.

Role Overview

This is a backend‑heavy (~80%) full-stack role within a shared platform team focused on authentication and authorization systems. You will work across legacy and modern IAM environments, improve authentication services, contribute to authorization flows, and implement features spanning backend logic and UI‑level changes.

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer (8+ years) with strong backend expertise in Java, solid frontend exposure in React, and hands‑on IAM experience (Auth0, Okta, Keycloak, SSO, RBAC, distributed identity systems). You should be able to ramp up quickly, operate autonomously, and contribute meaningfully within one sprint.

Responsibilities

• Improve and customize authentication services used across multiple enterprise products.

• Contribute to authorization flows in collaboration with a dedicated IAM team.

• Implement features such as IP registration, UI adjustments, and authentication‑related frontend logic.

• Work across both legacy and modern identity systems.

• Collaborate closely with backend‑focused engineering teams in a distributed environment.

Tech Stack & Requirements

• Java + Spring Boot

• Strong experience building REST APIs

• OpenSearch or strong NoSQL background (consumption‑focused; indexing not required)

• ReactJS / NextJS

• Experience working with design systems

• Strong IAM knowledge: Auth0 / Okta (authentication), Keycloak (authorization)

• Solid understanding of SSO, RBAC, and distributed identity systems

• Frontend exposure with JavaScript for authentication‑related flows

Must‑Have Profile

• Strong full-stack engineer with deep backend expertise

• Hands‑on experience with IAM systems (beyond basic integrations)

• Experience with SSO and distributed authentication systems

• Ability to ramp up within ~1 sprint (2 weeks)

• High autonomy and ability to contribute quickly

Nice to Have

• Experience working with multiple authentication systems (legacy + modern)

• Exposure to complex enterprise identity environments

• Deeper IAM experience (SSO flows, identity provider configuration, RBAC models)
