Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms tailored to specific business needs.

Work end‑to‑end across the ML lifecycle: data exploration, preprocessing, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment.

Build and optimize AI‑powered text processing solutions, including LLM‑based components, NLP pipelines, and conversational AI features.

Contribute to projects involving chatbots, virtual assistants, and automated text understanding.

Collaborate closely with Data, Engineering, and Product teams to translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions.

Improve and maintain ML pipelines and workflows across the organization.

Document experiments, methodologies, and results to ensure reproducibility and alignment.

Stay up to date with emerging ML/AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

3–5 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or ML Specialist.

High proficiency in Python, with the ability to write clean, efficient, production‑ready code.

Hands‑on experience with ML/NLP libraries such as PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, spaCy, and other modern Python‑based NLP tools.

Strong experience working on text processing projects, including LLM‑based solutions, NLP pipelines, and conversational AI.

Practical exposure to chatbot development or integration, including model behavior tuning and evaluation.

Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques.

Strong background in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model performance optimization.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
