Your Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations within the accounting department.
• Ensure accurate financial and management records in compliance with local legislation.
• Lead internal and external audits; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Analyze and interpret financial data; prepare financial statements and reports.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures and ensure timely tax compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments and maintain regular communication with portfolio clients.

Your Profile

• At least 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in consultancy or audit.
• Strong grasp of Romanian and international accounting standards and fiscal legislation.
• Proven team leadership skills and a mentorship mindset.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel capabilities.
• ACCA, CIMA, or similar certifications are a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Problem-solving orientation and strategic thinking.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• University degree in Economics, preferably in Accounting.
