What You’ll Do

• Plan and coordinate luxury events from start to finish, keeping everything on-brand and on-budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to deliver seamless, top-tier experiences.
• Handle all the behind-the-scenes magic—supplier selection, logistics, communication, and more.
• Lead fundraising efforts, securing sponsors and donors to make sure every event exceeds expectations.
• Develop creative marketing and promotion strategies to attract new participants.
• Track event performance, analyze results, and find ways to make future events even better.
• Manage event budgets and ensure financial transparency in fundraising activities.

Who You Are

• You’ve planned and coordinated events before—bonus points if they were high-end or fundraising-related.
• Experience in luxury event planning? Even better!
• You’re a strong communicator who can negotiate like a pro.
• You’re results-driven, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple projects effortlessly.
• You understand event marketing and promotions inside and out.
• You’ve got leadership skills and can keep a team motivated.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Open to travel whenever needed.
