You will work for the following companies within the group:

Reporting to Senior Management

Location: Bucharest, 1 Pipera Boulevard (Agrinvest Building)

Responsibilities:

• Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative digital marketing campaigns, based on detailed analysis of market forces;
• Identifying the appropriate media channels where each product or service's marketing materials can be delivered to the public;
• Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning);
•  Liaising with external vendors to execute promotional events and digital campaigns;
• Managing, creating, and publishing original and high-quality content;
• Analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) to help shape future marketing strategies;
• Evaluating customer needs, finding and proposing tailored solutions;
• Supporting the company’s overall strategy and objectives;
• Market and competition study.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a Related Field;
•  Demonstrated previous working experience in Digital Marketing, PR, and Copywriting;
• Experience working with agency partners and external vendors;
• Familiarity with paid social channels including Facebook, Instagram, and Google;
• Advanced English and Microsoft Excel skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a “can do” attitude with an ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting;
• Enthusiasm, problem-solving skills, and creativity are a must;
• Would prefer a hands-on environment.
