Customer Retention and Loyalty Coordinator (Marketing)
For our business partner, a rapidly growing online platform known for its customer-centric approach, we are currently searching for a proactive and dedicated Customer Retention & Loyalty Coordinator (Marketing) to join their passionate team.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate loyalty programs, handling all operational, promotional, and administrative aspects.
- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs, with an emphasis on retention and increasing satisfaction;
- Perform data analysis and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience;
- Monitor the performance of retention and loyalty campaigns and report the results to the company management;
- Analyze customer behavior and suggest improvements in customer relationship management.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and Customer Support teams to develop effective retention and loyalty strategies;
- Identify trends, models, and opportunities in customer behavior and preferences;
- Ensure a seamless communication flow between the company and its customers.
- Prepare, report, and discuss performance metrics with the marketing team and management.
- Stay up-to-date with the industry’s best practices and latest trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of retention marketing, customer segmentation, and CRM tools.
- Good experience in managing loyalty programs and other customer incentive schemes.
- Prove a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- All-round communication skills and excellent command of English.
- Orientation toward results and attention to detail;
- Creativity and the ability to think strategically;
- Strong ability to coordinate complex activities;
