For our business partner, one of the leading Ad-Tech & Programmatic Advertising companies in Romania, we are seeking an innovative and motivated Digital Sales Manager (programmatic ads) to join their enthusiastic team.
In this role, you will proactively hunt for and develop new business relationships and acquire new clients, generate revenue, and help customers achieve their goals.
Develops strategies to optimize the company's digital sales operations, aiming for profit growth and client satisfaction
Performing research and analysis to identify new trends and business opportunities
Build a large new opportunities sales pipeline with assigned media agencies/ trading desks and brands (end clients)
Deliver effective customized presentations by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives and campaign KPIs
Build long- term client relationships with both Brands and Agencies, act as their strategic media advisor to ensure client retention/satisfaction
Maintain client communication and ensure client satisfaction
At least 3+ years of sales experience within the Digital Advertising
Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising and best practices
Proficiency in managing sophisticated advertising programs and delivery methodologies
Negotiation and closing proficiency
Has a strong commercial acumen
Is proactive, responsible and self-starting with a curious eye for data analysis and optimization
Demonstrates outstanding listening, negotiation presentation, communication and account management skills.
Holds a BA/ BSc in Marketing /Communications/Business/Analytics related field
English (verbal and written): advanced level
