Inside Sales Representative

In this role, you will be part of a supportive and dynamic team to manage and grow warm accounts within a designated trade & geographical area while strengthening the company’s position or market share within the specific trade and territory.
Main responsibilities:
- Account management activities; upsell & cross-sell business planning and execution/develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement;
- Prospecting the market to identify business opportunities;
- Creating business plans to identify customer potential and where product gaps exist;
- Identifying decision makers within your construction/ industrial customers;
- Follow opportunities from the needs identification phase to the closing stage;
- Demonstrating consultative selling expertise;
- Builds long-term, meaningful customer relationships on the phone;
- Build deep relationships within the territory channel community and become a trusted advisor for our products and services.
- Collaborate with a variety of departments to be a successful account manager;
Main requirements:
- A high level of commitment and customer focus
- Phone-based sales experience is preferred
- High learning ability with an eye for detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships
- The ability to create excellent long-distance relationships through digital and/or telephone platforms
- Competent PC skills
- Professional English skills.
