In this role, you will be responsible for delivering sales and profit results from the construction accounts and key accounts portfolio through effective planning and disciplined sales execution.
- Develop multi-level contacts within offices and plants, and negotiate commercial agreements for the selected accounts;
- Actively promote the company's products, services, and software, and develop specific value propositions for these customers;
- Effective communication with the sales teams, the key accounts team, and other relevant members of the wider team (e.g. departments at the head office, account personnel, engineering, and specialist teams) will be part of your daily duties
What you need is:
- At least 2+years in a technical sales position
- Technical mindset and understanding of dynamics in the construction business, especially in the building construction segment;
- Strong analytical skills, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Commitment, courage, and competitive drive;
- A thirst to learn and challenge yourself;
- Ability to work with a multi-level approach and to communicate effectively with all organizational levels;
- Flexibility to travel;
- Medium in English and computer skills;
- A driving license, category B is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial field and are business savvy
