For our business partner, one of the leading service providers for commercial mobility in Europe, we are looking for a motivated Dynamics 365 CRM Developer. As a Dynamics CRM Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customised solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. This includes coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating, modifying and troubleshooting existing applications. 

Main responsibilities

• Development of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) based on Dynamics 365 Online;
• Development of further business applications based on different modular elements of the MS Cloud Stack (Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure, etc.);
• Working with state-of-the-art tools and development methods;
• Co-determination and design of our development methodology, release processes and agile approach;
• Support of our development team and management of external developers;
• Effective collaboration with our CRM / SRM team and surrounding projects and product teams;
• Active design in solution design from the technical requirement to the finished solution.

Experience needed to do the job:

• At least 3+ experience developing, deploying, customizing, integrating and supporting Dynamics 365
• Advanced hands-on experience and programming knowledge with CRM solutions, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Proficient in related technologies such as SQL, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), C#, JavaScript, HTML, Azure portal, Azure functions, PowerBI / Snowflake;
• Build and configure forms, workflows, plug-ins, web resources, scripts;
• Testing and troubleshooting experience;
• Experience with integration using tools such as SOPA, XML, and REST APIs;
• Proven experience in software development in .Net or C#;
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation;
• Solutions governance know-how;
• Knowledge of Power Automate is a plus
• Perspective thinking (managed and supported solution);
• Ability to point out possible improvements during implementation phase;
• Team player (ask for answers instead of spending time with workarounds);
• Seek to unify and eliminate waste in processes;
• Proficiency in English.
