For our business partner, a dynamic SaaS start-up company that created one of the most practical solutions to reduce chaos and bring order to the support process, we are looking for a Business Analyst.

The product is a platform that can work by itself, as well as in conjunction with complementary solutions and you will join a team with an extended professional history together, in their endeavor to transform it and position it on the market. 

In this role, you will be engaged from the outset of a project and play an advisory role to senior managers and executive teams

Responsibilities:

• Helping to define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information. 
• Outlining detailed requirements for solutions and ensuring the delivered solutions meet the business requirements. 
• Being involved in IT and business transformation projects, as well as being deployed onto projects in other departments too.
• Helping to bridge the gap between IT and wider business.
• Preparing and keeping the product documentation up-to-date.

Requirements:

• Experience in gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements.
• Analyzing commercial data such as budgets, sales results, and forecasts.
  
• Modeling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  
• Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
  
• Creating functional specifications for solutions.
  
• Estimating costs and identifying business savings. 
  
• Simplifying information and translating the technical requirements so it is easily understood by the whole team. 
  
• Implementing and testing solutions. 
  
• Creating and maintaining product documentation. 
  
• Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
