Together with our business partner - a company built out of a passion for technology and financial services, we are looking for a Business Development Manager, to help with reaching current goals and with whom our partner can build for the future.

What You Will Be Doing

• Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients;
• Identifying opportunities to further extend existing customer contracts with the development of new products or services;
• Identifying new business opportunities, including new clients, new partnerships or collect ideas for new products and services;
• Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities;
• Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs, and developing proposals to address these needs;
• Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients;
• Maintaining sales pipeline to deliver annual targets;
• Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them;
• Building a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning on the market.

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technical field or other related area
• At least 3 years’ experience of relevant business development and/or sales experience
• Proven account management experience
• Proven experience of selling complex high-level IT products or services
• High level understanding of IT software products market and competition with ability to identify and clearly articulate value proposition to clients
• Strong skills in multitasking, communications, negotiation, organization, and teamwork
• Proven self-starter with a high degree of initiative
• Demonstrated team player willing to roll up the sleeve
• Fluency in English
