For our business partner, a global company that develops financial brokerage software platforms and solutions, we are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to be responsible for the financial situation of the group companies.

Top candidates will have excellent presentation skills with the ability to successfully communicate complex quantitative data to decision-makers.

Your role:

• Preparing and posting journal entries
• General ledger maintenance
• Oversee all aspects of the reconciliation of the Net Asset Value of Funds
• Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards
• Period-end close and consolidation process
• Account analysis and reconciliations
• Intercompany balance review and reconciliation
• Reporting and analysis of financial statements
• Reconciliations and cash flow statement preparation
• Preparing monthly/quarterly consolidated financial statements
• Preparing various reports, summaries, and special projects as required by management abroad
• Annual audit assistance, including preparation of full disclosure financial statements
• Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting practices and principles, IFRS reporting
• Knowledge of hedge funds and crypto funds is an advantage
• Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, strong Excel skills desired
• Good team player
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent English skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
