We are looking for an IT Project Manager for our client - an independent design & tech company founded in 2013, with passion for research, experiment & creating stuff.  Their solutions have always mixed design with technology, aiming to offer the perfect balance between form & function.

The customers are ambitious companies from UK, Netherlands, Germany & USA that  have raised over 200 million dollars and are now success stories told in magazines like Wired, Forbes, Fortune & others.

In this role you will positively influence the team to achieve the specific objectives as the product scope, cost, and quality within the project timescales.


  • Plan, monitor, and control all aspects of a technical project life cycle working closely with project stakeholders
  • Define and communicate tasks, milestone dates, status, and resource allocation
  • In charge of track progress & project tasks review to make certain deadlines are met appropriately
  • Communicate project progress – delivery status, risks, issues, mitigation plans and impacts to internal as well as external stakeholders
  • Manage software development activities for multiple projects, across all phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of project;
  • Coordinate delivery of development and production releases that meet quality assurance standards.
  • Reporting to IT management team on project milestones and delivery on a regular basis
  • Communicate effectively with technical associates, development staff, and end-users throughout the organization
  • Help and coordinate the development team plan deliverables in order to reach agreed deadlines on time, and at the requested quality;

Report constantly on project milestones and delivery;


  • 3+ years experience as an IT Project Management in an Agile environment
  • Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle;
  • Prior experience in gathering business requirements and documenting business processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple work streams and/or projects concurrently, and deliver on-time;
  • Effectively interacts with all levels of management within the client and internal organization.
  • Enthusiasm, strong work ethic and a positive attitude;
  • Able to fit in and cooperate with a team;
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Hands-on attitude, driven self-starter with high initiative and confidence levels.
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving requirements/needs of a fast-growing start-up
  • Open to travel
