We are looking for a Country Sales Manager (Italian speaker) for our business partner - a multinational integrated windows and doors producer with over 15 years’ experience in the industry, acting in markets such as France, Belgium, Italy, Hungary, Moldova, Romania, Switzerland, Greece, Canada. The future Country Sales Manager will be responsible for shaping the sales strategy for Italy, expanding the customer base and achieving the sales quotas. 

Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills, proactivity, a hands-on approach with a strategic mindset and Italian proficiency. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in developing relationships with DIY stores and working with distribution channels while taking accountability for reaching targets.

You should also be able to remotely coordinate a sales support team and collaborate with people acting in different areas (logistics, production, installers) in order to ensure the best sales experience for the customers.  



  • Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Support DIY Store Managers with day-to-day store operation, claims, and technical aspects
  • Periodically visit and evaluate DIY stores stocks, merchandise positioning, and shelf presentation as well as individual store performance against budget
  • Support distribution customers if the regional business requires it
  • Forecast quarterly and adjust monthly numbers if necessary, to meet budget requirements.
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
  • Weekly report on regional sales results



  • 5 + years of sales experience
  • Preferably, holder of a Civil Engineering degree or similar
  • Proven work experience as a Regional / Country Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales roles
  • Experience in the building materials industry or related industries is mandatory
  • A good understanding of DIY store operations and distribution networks
  • Technical mindset, able to understand and explain complex products
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members
  • Italian proficiency
  • English proficiency
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
  • Availability for business traveling in Italy - 1 week per quarter, if it is allowed
  • Holder of a valid driving license
