We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager for our business partner, that will be responsible for promotion and sale of flavoured products, emulsions, and beverage compounds (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to potential customers and existing ones and maintaining good relationships with them.

Our business partner is an exclusive distributor and supplier of specialty ingredients for a wide variety of consumer everyday products: Foodstuff, Beauty Care & Cosmetics, Detergent and similar products, Food Supplements and Pharmaceuticals & Injectables.


What will you do

  • Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
  • Responsible for the promotion and sale of products in the portfolio.
  • Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximise client potential in designated regions.
  • Builds and develops the individual portfolio of clients.
  • Contributes to the increase of the sales volume, in accordance with the company's objectives.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Negotiates and concludes contracts.
  • Follows the evolution of the relations with the clients from the formed and owned portfolio and their loyalty through the cross-selling activity.
  • Maintains permanent contact with customers, providing them with the necessary assistance during the partnership with them.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agronomist, Food, or related field
  • 4+ years sales experience
  • At least 1+ years in beverage industry
  • Willingness to travel/visit multiple customers throughout the assigned territory (within the country)
  • Possibility to travel out of the country
  • Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Good selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Valid drivers’ license and clean driving record.
