- Managing the full cycle of the recruitment process for IT projects.
- Developing recruitment strategies in order to deliver the best results within the time-frames proposed by the clients;
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by our clients.
- Establishing the proper methodology for recruitment (through networking, database search, direct search, headhunting, or advertising)
- Conduct phone or F2F interviews and assess candidates against the requirements as per project specification.
- Assess the applicant’s relevant experience, skills, motivation, interest and determine if they are matching with the role.
- Effectively manage the organization’s ATS to ensure candidates are properly pipelined for future recruitment efforts.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience of IT (Development and Infrastructure), sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team;
- Proficiency in understanding the local IT Market;
- Experience in working and delivering within tight deadlines;
- Experience in creating and applying recruitment strategies to serve the company business model;
- Strong communication skills must be fluent in English and Romanian, written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational skills (especially as they relate to data collection and reporting), a multi-tasking style, and a project management approach.
- Goal orientation, drive, and customer focus
- Results-oriented mindset (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in Head Hunting strategies and excellent communication skills in the social media environment
